Jumps around too much a takes a little while to figure out who is who. Also...can we say Alfred Hitchcock? Only, Hichcock's "Birds" was worth reading.

Not scary and plot is dumb

Alfred Hitchcock and Stephen King would love this short story. Nothing more frightening than when nature turns against man.
