About the Author

R.E. Davies is the Best-Selling author of The Onis Chronicles. Embarking on her own journey in 2001, she left her home in Canada to follow her heart and is now a Canadian-American living in Florida. Since then, she has completed her Bachelor's Degree, found and married her other half, and had five incredible children. In 2012, all her plans changed with the birth of her first son. He was born with a rare genetic disorder called Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS,) severely affecting both his mind and body. In addition to her adventures of learning how to be a special needs mom, she has also battled and won against both thyroid and skin cancer, all motivating her to cherish every day that she has with her family.
