A shot taken...
A new enemy revealed...

Lynn has been rescued from deep within the heart of a night runner lair. The answer why she was taken remains a mystery. Sandra lies in a pool of her own blood ending her desperate measures to draw Jack to her. As Red Team celebrates their joy of Lynn’s freedom, they are unaware that a sight is centered on them from afar. A bullet tears through the air, streaking their way.

Harold discovers information that stuns the small group of survivors and further threatens their fragile handhold on existence. They have overcome one challenge only to find that a new, more dangerous one replaces it. There’s more to this new world than Jack ever suspected.

With only a single team at his disposal, Greg is sent to continue the search for survivors. Separated from the group and unable to call for help, the small group must journey along lonely and perilous back roads in the hope of finding family members. In the end, Greg must decide between saving others and the safety of his team. Meanwhile, with the crew anxious to get home, Captain Leonard sails down the western seaboard to search for answers as he struggles to come to grips with the world.

The group tries to stay one step ahead but there’s trouble infiltrating from the north. And Michael is stirring from within the depths of his lair.

The winds of change are blowing…

    Great but expensive series

This series seem possible and very real. The graphic descriptions of almost every night runner shot gets to be a bit old though.
    Great job.

I finished reading A New World 10 book series by John O'Brien. This series is so good and exciting and unique, I will have to read it again after I get caught up with other books on my reading list. I'm going to miss all my good friends who are characters in the books. If you like the zombie/horror genre, I highly recommend this series.

    Tick tock (Chapter Two.)

Saphire puts her head in her hands, thinking. The source to her power. The clock ticks its way into her head. Tick, tock. Tick tock. The noise of the orphange should make it where the ticks and tock can barely be herad unless your focasing on it. Tick. Tock. Saphire sighed as she lifed her head to see Tom get a humongus lump on his head. Tick, tock. She threw a couch cushion at Jerry who was laughing and stormed off. Tick, tock. Seconds later she was home town hero, flying and NOT saving the day. Saphire looked at the abandoned building. If only Gold or Silver wasn't de<_>ad. What was the source of her power? Tick, Tock. Saphire sighed. Source of power... It can't be Emerald. Nor Silver. Nor Gold. What or who is the source?

I watched Ruby kill her kin with a single push of a button, over and over and over and over and over again. There were no doubts in her face, her movement. No hesitation. I watched Ruby ki<_>ll fourteen people and she heasitated. Only for a second. Barely one second. But the night when beat the puppy to de<_>ath with a kitten, she became inhumane. She ki<_>lled in a very inhumane way. There was no doubt. The Knot got to her. The thing about The Knot is that he makes knots in time, and I AM the result. The gem gang. I am related to Gold and Silver, Saphire and Emerald, and Ruby. I am thier ancestor and decendant. My parents came through time to find themselves here, in the nothingness of the End. I am their child. I am Edna Enderman, he source of Saphire's power. The Knot had it all along.
