She grew up in Stony Creek, Virginia, and graduated from Virginia State University with a degree in Physics. She is married with three adult children and a precious granddaughter whom she adores. She takes pride in crafting believable stories. As a child she was a dreamer and created stories in her mind. As she grew older, her writing centered on families, romance, and suspense. The quest for love is universal, she says. She believes that everyday life in America (whether small town or major metropolitan city) his its own rich rewards.
