Chocolate has always attracted me. From the time, a local shop owner gave me a small, free bite, I have been hooked. Most of my life, I've seen chocolate as a sinful indulgence, an addiction that only leads to a fat stomach.
But chocolate isn't sinful. It's an amazing vegetable that does much for us and makes us feel good too. In this short ebook, I'll explore a brief history of chocolate, chocolate's nutritional qualities, its amazing "gopher tech." And, of course, no ebook on chocolate is complete without a sweet recipe.

I got into the writing field slowly, writing in my spare time but studying psychology at the University of Toronto. After graduating with a B.Sc., I worked as a proofreader and editor for the medical book publisher BC Decker in Burlington, a research officer on the Task Force on Access to Professions and Trades in Ontario -- where I learnt much about programming computer databases and writing technical material -- and a desktop publisher for the Liquor Control Board of Ontario. I then went into business for myself, doing research, computer programming, desktop publishing, newsletter editing, photography, and writing both short stories and nonfiction articles.
But I sustained a closed head injury in January 2000, which interrupted my work. Eventually after relearning how to write and still relearning how to read, I published the print edition of "Lifeliner", and I now blog and tweet about writing and publishing-related topics and on brain injury problems and solutions on my website and continue to blog about politics, city life, and raccoon tales on my blogspot blog.
