And soon they discover a new kind of future that looks as bright and clear as day...

I couldn't put this book down. From the 1st page to the last you understand and feel, in your heart and soul, for this woman. It brought me to tears more than once. If you love dogs you won't be able to put it down. When I finished the book I found myself wondering how she was doing in her new life. It's wonderfully written and the research that the author did was right on.
