Overview

Based on the life and times of a woman born and raised in Brockton, Mass. She served her country in WWII as a Wave, working on a highly classified project that remained classified Top Secret until the 1990s. She transitioned into civilian life and was hired by the State Department to assist the first freely elected President of South Korea, Syngman Rhee. Captured by the North Koreans at the start of the Korean Conflict, she spent some time in a POW camp before going to work at the Pentagon.
