Overview

Dan's girlfriend Lisa is away in Florence for the semester…except that she's not his girlfriend anymore. She decided that they should break up before she left so that he wouldn't be sitting back in the States pining over her while she was gone.

Yeah, right…as if that would make him miss her any less.

But then one day, after many international letters and a few expensive international phone calls, Dan decides to surprise her with something he knows she'll enjoy.

About the Author

I'm the Technology Librarian at a library in Central New York, but before this I've taught Computer Literacy, written musicals, delivered pizza, worked in fast food, and traveled across the United States and Europe with a choir. For almost 20 years I've told stories to students about having done all of these things. Now the time has come to share some of those stories with the rest of you.

And one of these days, when the movie version of of one of my stories is finally made, I'd like to write the music for it.
