It's funny the auther thinks patients, providers,nurses or store managers will read this book, and tells them how to make our job easier. And he wants them listen by humiliating them first.
I give it 3 stars because most of the examples/anedotes he gives are so typical in real life that I laughed all the way through the end of the book.
I recommend this book to anyone who considers pharmacy as a career. Apply pharmacy program ONLY if you still want to be a pharmacist after reading this book
