First I saw War Games. (And I don’t want to play)

Then I saw the movie The Terminator and the destruction of Earth brought on by SkyNet, an AI from the future. It scared everyone, and unconsciously for those of us who saw it, there was simply no hope for mankind. And under no circumstance must AI be allowed to control our defenses as a nation.

Then I saw The Matrix. Yep, we are done for, Kaput, Nada mas, By then, I was a believer.

But the AI topic didn’t come up for me until I found, Sudowrite, a company to assists writers using AI. Great Company and super support by the way.

Then It took a visit from a friend who told me about Chat Bot. After he left I dove into the internet and found, Bard. Bard is in an experimental mode. For how long, it's hard to tell.

But, once I began questioning Bard, well, the fear melted away.

Because, it gave me hope that by participating in the Bard project my influence might be felt, and utilized in human interaction with a non-human creation of mankind.

You need to go find out for yourself. I approached this personal project of mine without a list of questions. I wanted to do random stuff, and I asked questions like a baby boomer, a warmonger, a hippie, and a techy. All of it was to help me determine where Bard was, thereby dictating direction in my questioning.

I am satisfied. Now go teach Bard that we are worthy of salvation. Because I promise you, one way or another; he will tell his Tribe.
