The new edition includes images. This guide is meant to help you stay fit and keep your baby safe during pregnancy. Recommendations are meant to be effective and conservative, but safe as well. This ebook is meant to provide the best support and recommendations that doctors approve and is not a diet or weight loss book; which means that it is not for people looking for a quick fix or a miraculous solution to being healthy during pregnancy, especially during a physically sensitive time.

This book has helped me so far. I read it after I got pregnant and it was helpful in training to see what I can do to exercise. I want a healthy pregnancy.

Gives basic information with little to no detail. Exercises aren't illustrated in the book. Poor pregnancy book! 39 pages of basic "Googled" information that I could have got for free.
