A lovely book by a lovely and amazing woman

I purchased this book because I was interested in Ruth's diet after watching "Forks Over Knives". Instead of being impressed by Ruth's athletic accomplishments (which are pretty amazing - Hello, Ironman? Wow), I was moved to tears reading her story of recovery and determination in beating a pretty serious case of cancer. Ruth is a very inspiring woman: she reminds us not to feel sorry for ourselves, to follow our intuition, question a few things along the way, and to get out and run!
