William Walter Foskett, a resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, attended several universities and graduated with a Bachelor's in Criminology from the University of California at Berkeley, a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Juris Doctor, both from John F. Kennedy University. He spent two years at Cal State University in San Francisco. William worked for the Oakland Police Department for twenty years and retired as a Lieutenant of Police. He subsequently worked for the Alameda County Public Defender's Office as an investigator. He and his wife Jean have been involved in cattle ranching and land development. They enjoy short trips, exercising, good food, and wine.
William has written three books: A Series of Adjustments, Rattles, and Heaven on 9/11; he is working on the fourth. He has also written eight screen plays, a TV script, and short stories.
