I was very happy as the book was released and I am still touched by the compassioned and subtle spiritual message embedded in the story. Will Hubbell found a way to bring the characters alive and very close to home. The story is written in the “I” form which fascinated me especially. All books; the Queen of the Orcs and The Shadowed Path trilogies are certainly part of my favorites reads. A Single Deed as a memoir of a life dedicated to revenge that becomes a journey to self-discovery fits right in and is another beautiful tale.
