Read it in a day! Love these books. Love how the next book is set up but this story line is complete. Wish I did not have to wait for the next one. Would give it more stars if I could.

This is book 6 of the Spy series. The first book was free, each book after was $5.30, which includes the taxes. Each novel is about 800 pages on average. The editing is good for a nook book, there are some left out words here and there, but nothing to distract from the story. According to the author's web page, book seven will be released in late 2013, or early 2014. These books border on the sci- fi genre, but are are also mystery/ romances. As the series progresses so does the sexual promiscuity of the 46 year old lead character Ayden. (Arlene, Jane). She also has a filthy mouth, which I could do without, as it really does not add anything to the plot and became old very fast. This book really took G%d D@&n to extreme usage, which I found very offensive. They have became totally unbeleavable. While I have enjoyed these books and will buy book seven, the computer stuff and everyone getting their noses broken, the many men fighting over the main character, the constant pain of her job, her hatred of commitment and the same jokes have become tedious. If nothing new or innovative happens in #7, I will not purchase any more novels by this author. As with Janet Evanovich's books, the same ole, same ole just does not cut it after the first few books. I would and recommended this series to my female friends, ages 18 and up. Most like me, do not like the cursing, the torrid sex and the repeatitous action scenes. Hellhound is the most realistic and well thought out character. All the characters in these books are perfection personified, or become perfection, except for the bad guys and the ones Ayden and her friends are not sleeping with. Up until book 5, these books were about as enjoyable as a novel could get. Books 5 and 6 were still very good, but it seemed as if it they were the same plot, just different places for the same events. AD

I love this series of books about a kick-ass, vulnerable but strong-minded female part-time spy.  she's actually just a bookkeeper with some unusual skills and a penchant for getting into trouble.  Every time I pick up a new book, I find myself reading until I've finished the whole book, no matter what time it is.  so much of the inner life of the main character is so true to life and reminds me of myself and some of my girlfriends. This newest book does not disappoint and I strongly recommend it.

I have enjoyed all the books in this series and look forward to the next. Have a hard time putting down Diane's books until I have read the entire story. I'm looking forward to the next one. Great story lines. Keep them coming.

Have not mentioned how much I enjoy the play on words of the titles to this series. Once again, a great read in a very enjoyable series. I keep wondering how Henders comes up with her storylines and characters....it's like she knows them personally....wonderful series.

I'm hooked on this series. Each one is spellbinding and surely can hold the reader's interest. If I had to list one thing wrong, it would be the explicit sex. Sometimes, I simply have to skip past them.
