The story line was enjoyable. I did not think the book was too long. Would have enjoyed a longer glimps into the birth of their son at the end. Did have editing errors but overall they were not disruptive.

Though the story is somewhat predictable. It is so well written you'll want to follow the rocky road to romance. There really is a dearth of good writers out there. Alexis Harrington is a find. PS The Irish Bride is a wee bit better then this. You'll like them both.

I'm usually not looking for romance novels but for some reason this caught my eye. I read this book in about 3 days, off and on reading. There are a lot of pages but I didn't want to stop reading it. I now look for books by this author. Very fun reading.

I love to read books during this time period. This was a good read although predictable. I will be looking for more books from Alexis Harrington, but what was up with all the editing errors?
