    Something we can relate to!

Finally, someone has written a helpful and realistic book for those of us women "of a certain age" who need a more gradual and do-able approach to weight loss. With valuable information, humor and real-life experiences, Annie Acorn presents a gentle but effective common sense approach to weight management that we can all relate to.
