    Love At First Sight?

Ophelia, a quiet young woman, frequents The House of Blues. It's her favorite place to be. And when Molten Silk, a nationally famous rock band, is scheduled to play there, she's right where she always is...on her bar stool at the back of the club. Of course, the fact that high school crush Mathew Curtis, now known as Trace, is the lead singer makes the show a must see. Then Trace happens to notice her. Though he's sure he'd met her, he can't place where. Neither expects what cames next. Love from a one night stand? That can't happen. At least Ophelia can't let it happen. But Trace believes and is set on hanging on to her. In A Trace of Love, Danielle Ravencraft puts the reader right into the character's shoes, taking us on a ride of emotions. Her writing is down-to-earth and real, making the characters very easy to relate to. I'm happy to know the story continues in A Trace of Passion. I look forward to its release.

    Hooked from the beginning!

I'll start this with saying that I normally don't read romance of this type. However, Ms. Ravencraft spins a story that I simply fell in love with! She brings two seeming unlikely characters together - a shy hometown girl with the hot rocker boy - turning their worlds upside down. Love at first sight, or so they want so desperately to believe, but can it honestly be real? Ophelia tries to protect herself - and Trace - from being broken hearted. Trace wants nothing more than to be with her, and not just for a one night stand. Something happened between them on that night, and their lives will never be the same again. Ms. Ravencraft has an eye for detail, diving deeply into the characters thoughts and emotions, leaving nothing out. I was drawn into the story at the beginning, wanting to learn more about Ophelia and then Trace. The story ends in a way that you are instantly wanting the second part, A Trace of Passion. It's a shame that we all have to wait for it! But I can't wait to read the rest of the story to see if Ophelia and Trace figure out how they will deal with that life changing one night stand!
