I have started a collection of this series for each of my grandchildren. Their parents appreciate it. I would suggest tracing each child's handprint in the front cover to "watch me grow."

Good starter book for little ones.

I purchased this book for a friend whose child was turning one. Once she received the book, she could not thank me enough. She and her son enjoy the songs and the rhymes. She also mentioned that there were rhymes and stories she had not heard since her kindergarten years. Truly a joy to have given this book. I wish I had had it when my daughter was one.

WE got this book for our daughter for her first birthday. She really started to enjoy it at around 18 months. It is one of the first books she goes for on the book shelf. We are getting the Treasury for Two Year Olds for her 2nd birthday. I hope she enjoys it as much.

This is my 21 month old sons favorite book. He has asks me to read it to him at least a few times each day...and sits to listen to the whole book (it's 93 pages!).

I really enjoy this collection. The nursery rhyme and song selections are great and so are the illustrations. My only complaint is that the paper is really poor quality and tears easily. Though, for the price, I think it's a really great buy.

Has a lot of the "old" favorite poems for your child. It is good to start them out on poetry for fluency development.

Illustrations in this book are sweet & cute. The nursery rhymes are common ones, like "Mary Had a Little Lamb," "Baa, Baa, Black Sheep." There are a few I have not seen before as well. I read this book to my 13 month old at bedtime.
