Editorial Reviews

Novelscorner - Rebekah Haynes
This delightful book will keep you on the edge of your seat, trying to guess the ending.
Good Reads - Mayra Diaz
By far my favorite book. The author did an amazing job slowing bring Luke's memory back which really brought the book to life. It had me reading non-stop.
Color Me Active - Rhonda Nash-Hall
I won't spoil the ending for readers, but I loved this saga. I first was unsure how I felt about reading short pieces of the story in separate books, but I found that the cliffhanger in each one made me hungry to read the next book. I fell in love with the characters and I think most readers will as well. I love the Lancaster Pennsylvania area and Wanda's descriptions made me feel like I was taking a little mini-vacation there each time I read one of the books. I hope that Wanda will write more stories in this fashion in the future as I truly enjoyed it and it was definitely different from the usual "novel" style.
Blogspot.com - Janis Rodgers

I loved this book! I loved the end! I loved the way it unfolded! God is always on time and this book shows that!
NetGalley - Becky Roupp

This was a great conclusion to the trilogy. I loved how we got to see the evolution of the characters involved in the series and what mattered most.
Blogspot.com - Tonya Speelman

Oh my knock my socks off! I loved this one even more than the last if that is possible! Just when I thought things were going to connect, it went a different way and I am thoroughly excited to see what happens!
NetGalley - Patsy Higgason

Enjoyed this series very much. It keeps the reader waiting for the next book.
The Garden Window - Sian Williams

I did very much enjoy the book and will certainly read the series again.
Readers' Favorite - Kristie Ingerto

I found myself reading through this book so quickly, and becoming so engrossed in the events that I lost complete track of time. Meredith is one of my favorite characters out of all of Brunstetter’s books that I have read. She became so real in this story and I found myself laughing and crying along with her, which is a sign of an excellent story with excellent characters!
Long and Short Reviews - Kim Miller

Still, this series stuck with me after each book concluded. I sprinted through them in order to find out what would happen. I’m glad I read this series and will be seeking out more by Ms Brunstetter.
Once Upon a Twilight - Deitre Helvy

Wanda E. Brunstetter adds suspense and love all wrapped up in a gentle story of Amish fiction. The only regret that I have with this series is that I would love to read more.
Debbie's Dusty Deliberations - Debbie Curto

I have really enjoyed this series and really recommend it. I think anyone would enjoy this series rather a fan of Amish fiction or not. The twists and turns in the story really made me want to continue reading.

I, too, am disappointed in Barnes & Noble for not having this book available for Nook. I have the other 5 segments in this series on my Nook and have anxiously awaited the July 1st release date for this final segment. It is now July 3rd and still no e-book. I am having serious doubts about purchasing the Nook since the books I want are either not available or not released in e-book format on the date stated. I look forward to reading the book if B & N ever makes it available for my Nook. I love all of Wanda Brunstetter's novels! This is not a review of her book, which I'm sure will be great, but of B & N for not making the book available as an e-book.

Wanda Brunstetter can always be counted on to deliver Amish fict

Wanda Brunstetter can always be counted on to deliver Amish fiction that inspires and entertains. She writes in a comfortable, easy-flowing style that is easy to read and she knows how to tell a good story.

This series differs from most Amish fiction in that it is divided into six parts released monthly, around 120 pages each, and each section ends in a cliffhanger. I got to know the characters pretty well and enjoyed the story overall, but I prefer a novel over the serialization format.

My favorite was part 1, Goodbye to Yesterday. This section lays the foundation and has some serious overtones, as Luke and Meredith deal with Luke's job loss and the impact that has on their openness with each other, financial decisions, and Luke's desire to provide for his family without Meredith's help. Strong and likeable secondary characters appear throughout the series, and Wanda is good at conveying a beauty and appreciation of nature.

I was drawn to Luke and Meredith as lead characters and their reunion at the end is sweet to behold. Although an epilogue satisfactorily brings the storylines to a conclusion, I wish they could have somehow had more time together in the novel's pages.

Fans of Wanda Brunstetter will certainly enjoy The Discovery series. I definitely recommend it to those who, like me, enjoy inspirational Amish fiction.

These books were provided by Barbour Publishing through NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.

What a perfect title for the final book, "A Vow for Always." To regain your memory and find that all that was in the beginning is still there plus the wonderful birth of the boppili, so cherished and so loved. The events of Luke's recovery were heart rendering for him and those who had become so attached, but yet a wonderful healing miracle. The surprise of Luke's return was so special to read and absorb in the reaction of each one of his family and his wife. The ending is just tremendous and a must read for anyone who has not done so!

Reviewed by Kristie Ingerto for Readers' Favorite

A Vow for Always, book six in Wanda E. Brunstetter’s The Discovery – A Lancaster County Saga, is the highly anticipated conclusion to this fast-moving and engaging series. Meredith and Luke are main characters that can easily be empathized with as they struggle with things that many of us “Englishers” struggle with from time to time as well.

Meredith and Luke have been faced with one trial and struggle after another as they are beginning their lives together as husband and wife. The ultimate trial is when Luke is believed to be dead. Meredith is trying to move on and is preparing to marry another Amish man, Jonah. However, Luke is very much alive and is slowly regaining his memory and Susan is falling in love with him. Will there be a happy ending for Meredith and Luke, and will it be with the two of them together or apart as so much as happened during the time they have been away from each other?

The author jumps right back into the lives of Meredith and Luke. Brunstetter’s stories are so easy to get lost in as the reader becomes a part of the characters’ lives.

Great Ending To A Great Saga!

This was such a good read! I flew through the pages because I just had to know how it ended.
I was not disappointed! If you plan to read A Vow for Always have tissues handy. Through my tears
yesterday morning I was telling my husband a little bit of what was going on with Luke and Meredith.
I finished reading this book after he left for work. Imagine my surprise when he asked me last night how it
    ended!

I thoroughly enjoyed all 6 parts in this Saga. At the end of each part it ended with a cliffhanger, so of course
I had to quickly buy the next part just as soon as it was published. I hope that Wanda Brunstetter will have
these characters popping up in other novels she writes. I hated saying goodbye to them!

Remembering memories makes life so sweet, this finale shares them. Jonah and Meredith were to marry, but Eddie (Luke) recalls his past life. He and Jonah even have a history. Wanda' s ending touches the spirit with a love that is everlasting,as is the love of our Holy Father. Amish stories touch ones' heartstrings, with a loving, spiritual feel. Thank you for such a wonderful series.
    I really enjoyed the read.

I am very disappointed with Barnes and Noble once again. Christian Book Distributors and Amazon have
A Vow for Always available in ebook format. Yet Barnes and Noble has dropped the ball again. This book
was supposed to be available as an ebook on July 1st. I am writing this review on July 1st and no ebook from
Barnes and Noble. How long must we wait for this one B and N? I am thinking more and more of buying a
Kindle only because Amazon is so much better at getting these ebooks out minus the wait that B and N seems to enjoy inflicting on Nook owners. This is a review of Barnes and Noble not A Vow for Always.

    5 STARS

Wow A Vow for Always is finally here.(Though I decided to read all six parts of the story at same time. I would say the same day but since I was up till 1:30am before I finished it. The Drama was still going strong. Still love the characters and was trying to figure out how it would all workout. A little surprise at the end I did not see coming but should have.

Meredith has accepted Jonah's offer of marriage. She still loves her late husband but things Jonah would be a good husband and father for her baby Levi. She figures her love for Jonah will get stronger.

Jonah loves Meredith and plans to be a good father for Levi and hope Luke's family will accept him one day.

Luke is starting to remember more and more. He is so grateful for the Bailey family that have taken him into their lives.

I really enjoyed this cliffhanger of a book. But if I had to buy it each leg of the story it would be expensive. It is not a story that you would want to skip a part of it. Well worth the money.
I was given this ebook to read and asked in return to give honest review of it by Netgalley.
