A Windham Hill Christmas: I'll Be Home for Christmas

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Steve Leggett
Originally hitting the seasonal racks in 2004, this set is another in Windham Hill's long list of holiday releases, each essentially a sampler featuring artists signed to the label, and each featuring mellow, low-key, and often elegant instrumental (mostly piano and guitar) arrangements of various holiday carols, hymns, and other seasonal fare, most falling somewhere between pop, classical, and smooth jazz in feel and temperament. This volume is no different, making it a nice, relaxing antidote to the frequent stress and pressures of the holiday season.
