This book is full of wonderful meditations for women, all with easy to follow instructions and pictures. Hari Kaur Khalsa writes clearly and thoughtfully about the basics of Kundalini Meditation, the breath, the mind, science and the meditative mind, and building a true identity. There are lots of great meditations in the book, and the benefits of all are clearly explained to help you choose the perfect one for your current situation. I love this book, and I turn to it for help almost daily. It's a great companion to help you along your spiritual journey.
