This book is not what it makes itself out to be. The informational part is so so, more like ehh and half of the pictures of the jewelry are blurry. The other photos are taken on backgrounds that blend with the piece of jewelry. Very amateur photographer and very amateur in costume jewelry knowledge. The pieces were not researched and are over priced extremely in there pricing guides on each piece. The book isn't worth to be included in my collection of over a 100 books of prestigious books on costume jewelry. I never thought a costume jewelry book could ever have a competitor for being so bad, but this one rates right on up there with Karla Wacko's book on Delizza & Elster Jewelry. Don't waste your money, save it and get yourself something that is really worth your time, effort and money!
