I liked how the author made the yoga positions into little rhyme

I liked how the author made the yoga positions into little rhymes so that children could easily remember them and understand what to do. The formatting in the e-book was off so that the rhythms did not go along with their pictures, which made it kind of confusing. In addition, there were words that were randomly capitalized in the middle of sentences. I do not know if this issue was because the formatting was off (and these words should have been the beginning of new sentences) or because it wasn't edited properly.

This is by far the best yoga book for children that I have ever

This is by far the best yoga book for children that I have ever had the pleasure to read. The yoga instructions are creatively written in verse which makes the positions easy to learn and to eventually memorize. The poses are beautiful and creative while still showing an accurate depiction of each pose. I love how well the pose poems correlate with the images to create a truly fantastic yoga book that children and adults will both enjoy.

Instilling positive health habits in our children is such an important aspect of parenting, and books like this make the job easier. Well done.

Thank you to Stafford House and NetGalley for a copy of this book for reviewing purposes.

Instructional book to read and share with students, and kids you love. A pose or three for each letter of the alphabet. Its a cute book, to gain interest in children in yoga, a with poetry evaluating the pose, and the reference trying to make a connect to each pose to each reader.

This is a great book if you are trying to teach your child yoga. It literally is an ABC book of the various positions with names and illustrations to help the young beginner understand the different positions and how to work them. Yoga is an ancient art that has been shown to be beneficial to help focus the mind as well as having health benefits for the body. If you teach a child when they are young they can carry the practice of yoga into the later years. This is one of the best books I have seen for young children. Not only does it use a rhyming poem to explain each position, but it is easy for them to remember. If you are looking for a way to get your children to be more receptive to exercise, yet want something the will enjoy, then try the ABC's of Yoga For Kids. I think you will find it just the motivator you were looking for.

Excellent book for getting your kids away from the TV and Games!

The book is a great read with colorful illustrations. My nephew and niece loves the yoga moves and mimics the moves to the alphabet letters and yoga poses. I recommend this to everyone with kids.
