Overview

With the characteristic style of prophetic biblical stories, this book narrates the misadventures of the Jew Abdias, a character who unequivocally evokes the biblical figure of Job. However, Abdias is no modern Job. He is a person who suffers, who bears and endures, but not because he is a sinner: precisely because, quite the opposite, he is a pious and honest man.
