    I Also Recommend:

If you want to look for a Bigfoot, READ THIS BOOK!

This book is exhaustive with information! The author has not only compiled reported sightings around the world, but has also used maps to compare the regions where they have been seen. Then he notes the type of fauna in those areas compares them all and gives a very good picture of where someone could go to start a seach (if they were so inclined) for these creatures.

I definately recomend this for those interested in cryptozoology and a MUST READ for anyone who is a bigfoot researcher.

    Finally, Back in Print!

This book is the basic text for this field of interest. This is so, not because it is a survey of mystery hominid/hominoid sightings worldwide. It remains the bible in this field because Sanderson was a biologist and brought a scientific framework of understanding to this body of knowlege and he passes this knowledge on to the reader. Sanderson explains why these mystery creatures live where the live and shows the reader where they are most likely to be seen now and in the future. No other book on this subject brings with it this kind of power. For that reason it remains, even after more than forty years, the primer for those interested in these creatures.
