Meet the Author

Mark Clodi (born March 30th, 1969) writes zombie and science fiction novels and short stories in his spare time. At an early age Mark was hooked on fantasy and the pulp fiction of the 'Golden Age of Science Fiction' and while moving around the country with his parents he continued to feed his frenzied reading by buying fiction at yard sales and utilizing the local libraries. The thought of actually becoming a writer struck him at an early age, but he never followed through on his dream until he was much older. One day while trading emails back and forth with the co-author of his first book, Mike Keleman, they started assigning chapter numbers to the emails; the rest, as they say, is history.


He lives in a small town in Iowa in the United States with his wife, two daughters, two dogs and two cats. On any given Saturday night, weather notwithstanding, you can find him on the rough 'man-deck' behind his house grilling ribs, reading and listening to the radio by the light of a kerosene lantern.
