I thought this was an interesting way to put together the vampire legend with Lincoln. The various scenes where Lincoln sucks people's blood are well-done. It was different, in that it reads as more of a historical record, than a mashup of a previous novel and vampire themes. I thought the author did a good job.

This was very entertaining. I liked how the author presented it as a history of Lincoln, instead of a typical fiction work. It was better than Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter, in my opinion.

    Wow!!!!!!!!!

This came out magnificent, oh yeah april fools this was terrible i would rather rip my heart out and eat it than read this poor excuse for a book again. This book can rot in a jail cell a the bottom of the ocean. I truly do not understand why my favorite founding fathers is a vampire. It is improbable impossible. I only give it one star becaus it left me wondering how this got past an editor nevermind being published. I could write a book a thousand times worse but somehow mine would still be better ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS, yours truly, BJD

    Just ok.

Interesting concept but about as entertaining as reading a history book. I liked the use of actual facts but there isnt a great deal of action. About half way through I was sick of reading that he chopped the head off another vampire. Also Abraham was wishy washy at best. He gave up hunting, then went back, then quit, and went back... I didnt love the ending. I dont think Abraham would have been happy with the decision.

I thought thas was done in an interesting way. It reads like a history of Lincoln, with surprising vampire content. I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised.

Yay a second book following vampire hunter!

If you think about it if youve reah the seth-grahame smith book then you would know because in the end he goes into the theater to see Hamlet, and he gets shot and in his last few minutes his best friend,(whose a vampire FYI) bites him and turns him imortal. But what this dude didnt get was that abe was turned after he won the civil war so yeah. But in my opinion, both books are pretty good

    Not a good read

What a horrible waste of my time. It is effectively the history of Lincoln with each event ending with “and then I drank their blood” There is very little dialog in the book and is more a chronological list of events, then ending with killing the antagonists or the servants (apparently Lincoln favors the taste of blood from the colored) Save your money, this is ridiculous.

    SOUNDS BAD

I think it is confusing how they have abe as a hunter and now they have him as the enemy in abraham lincoln vampire hunter
