    Gteat little book of information

    Handy little pocket-sized book to carry along with you in your bag to refer to when eating out, grocery shopping, etc. I like that the Abs Diet is briefly explained and also the Eat This Not That sections are great. A nice book for beginners when learning about how to eat healthfully, without deprivation. I would highly recommend it to all!

    Great Advice Again!

    Can you not get enough good information today? This author has hit the nail on the head again on sound diet advice for anyone trying to loose weight and tone and shape thier midsections. Easy to read and follow for anyone trying to change they way they eat outside of the home. Also recommend combining this book and the book below to burn fat and slim your waist line faster.
