He divides his time between Allentown, Pennsylvania and New York City.

My boyfriend has been body building for years and I have been doing it for quite a few months and this book kicked our butts. We only did fifteen minutes to a half hour and we were hurting the next day. This book is awesome!
Was very insightful and very informative on all subjects of losing weight, proper nutrition, and plenty of workouts to go off of! The pictures and clear descriptions make it easy to get the right form the first time! A beginner will find this a GREAT foundation to wanting to get on the right track and the more "experienced" will even learn some new things! I found this to be a PHENOMINAL book! I go to the gym 4X a week and I have learned plenty of new things from this book and am able to push my body in the gym to even farther limits due to this book! and when they say you can reshape your mid-section in 6 weeks if you follow their plan, they mean it! Like I said, great for the beginner or the frequent gym goer!
