This is ten kinds of good to make a dent in that ten kinds of nasty you got going on down there. Don't kid yourself—Barbara Walters would sooner call Jackie Stallone than you for a date. Consider this a baby step before you go all Zone if it makes you feel better, but, dude, do SOMETHING about the visceral fat. It's a literal killer, not as quick as Ted Bundy but just as sure. Your average 40-year-old dude trims a handy four years off his life with a body-mass index of 40. Mista Z., editor in chief of Men's Fitness magazine, encourages you to eat healthy (e.g., almonds) rather than crappy (just look in your fridge). Most of the book is devoted to strong-man abs-n-strength exercises. These are simple (almost Cross Fit) but hard and will amp up your metabolism, reduce body fat, and increase lean mass.     It kicked our butt and we work out constantly

    My boyfriend has been body building for years and I have been doing it for quite a few months and this book kicked our butts. We only did fifteen minutes to a half hour and we were hurting the next day. This book is awesome!

    Forget the Fad Diet books

    Forget the Fad Diet books that are out today instead focus on clean foods- the type that do not come in a box. Shop in the produce section and hit the weights! The abs diet get fit and stay fit plan- has most of what you need to have a great workout. recommended for beginers and those who have been working out more than 6 months to benefit from this type of workouts the author recommends.Check out the other recommend books for a compelete workout to burn the fat and gain muscle!

    Lost 36 lb's fat, gained 11 pounds muscle.

    The book is fantastic. This is a no brainer. Been through all the other fad diet books and was so surprised by easy straight forward way the book is written. It's NOT a fad diet, it's a healthy eating plan packed full of great information. Buy it and don't think twice. Buying 2 more copies for friends and family.

    More Workouts.

    I enjoyed using the exercise programs in 'The Abs Diet Get Fit Stay Fit Plan'. There are more weight training exercises then in the author's first book ' The Abs Diet' so a beginer can learn more exercises for the the arms and legs. No new abs exercises in this book compared to the first book, but great advice on diet and lifestyle changes. I recommend to anyone just starting out on an exercise program for basic exercises and great advice on eating right.

    Great book for an avid gym goer or newbie!

    Was very insightful and very informative on all subjects of losing weight, proper nutrition, and plenty of workouts to go off of! The pictures and clear descriptions make it easy to get the right form the first time! A beginner will find this a GREAT foundation to wanting to get on the right track and the more "experienced" will even learn some new things! I found this to be a PHENOMINAL book! I go to the gym 4X a week and I have learned plenty of new things from this book and am able to push my body in the gym to even farther limits due to this book! and when they say you can reshape your mid-section in 6 weeks if you follow their plan, they mean it! Like I said, great for the beginner or the frequent gym goer!
