Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher
"The book covers many topics, starting with a sound approach for determining whether owning a business is the right move for you at this stage of your life. From there, the book transitions to practical matters. Other books cover similar ground, but this book does a great job of covering all of the most important topics in a single book. We do many business book reviews each year, and this is one of our favorites. It's a must-read for new entrepreneurs."

This book is painful to read. It reads as if it is written by a poorly educated junior high school student. Much of the information this book conveys relates to basic financial principles, and is mostly a matter of common sense. Here's the one-sentence advice that renders this book completely worthless for most people: Find a reputable property manager, and contract with that manager to handle your rental property. Yes, it's that simple. If you can't afford to hire a property manager, you probably shouldn't be a homeowner anymore. Don't waste your valuable money on this book.
