If you love romantic books this is an ok one for that. But if you like a love story that keeps you guessing and wondering what possibly could happen next then this is the book. Between the accident caused by poor ronny to the agony of the past and the future it all comes together. Also it has drama and suspense at the right moment. I LOVED THIS BOOK.

Veronica ¿Ronnie¿ Cartwright is beautiful, wealthy and head of one of the largest family owned corporations meets Rose Grayson, a part-time clerk at a grocery store, and about as far removed from Veronica¿s world as you can get. Rose is severely injured after being hit by a car on her way home from work. It¿s dark as well as snowing, and the driver has been drinking. But what could they do? Rose just appeared out of nowhere! Frantic and worried, the driver does the only thing they can think of¿ they rush Rose to the hospital a few blocks away where a game of deception soon begins. Veronica is at the hospital when she overhears a conversation and learns Rose is being shipped off to another hospital due to her ¿no insurance¿ status. Veronica cannot allow this to happen. Why? Is it the fact that this hospital is the best for traumas? Or simply Veronica¿s nature to help people less fortunate than she? For reasons she¿s not sure she can explain, Veronica begins to spend time with Rose visiting her daily. As for Rose, she is trying to deal with two major questions¿how will she pay for her treatment and why someone as worldly and rich as Veronica is choosing to help someone like her? As time passes, both women find themselves in the beginning stages of friendship. When Rose is pronounced healed enough to go home panic sets in. What is she to do? She has no one to help and she is unable to work due to her injuries. Veronica once again comes to Rose¿s rescue when she agrees to let Rose stay at her home while she completes her recovery. Though she still questions Veronica¿s reasons, Rose nevertheless accepts the offer having come to think of Veronica as her ¿guardian angel.¿ An honor Veronica knows she doesn¿t deserve. Months pass and the two women soon find their feelings of friendship becoming so much more. Feelings of a new love are starting to take shape. A new love that can be shattered by one of them, should their deepest, darkest secret ever come to light. A secret that can also destroy one or both of the women as well as any chance at love they might have. BL Miller¿s solo offering maintains a talent displayed in her collaborative works of Crystal¿s Heart and Graceful Waters. Both are dramatic and suspense-filled books co-authored with Verda Foster. BL also co-penned the dynamic book Josie & Rebecca: The Western Chronicles with Vada Foster, Verda¿s sister. Accidental Love is a dynamic, intriguing tale of how deception can impact life, love and hold repercussions long after the deception is revealed. BL Miller¿s re-release of an earlier work proves that old adage¿a fine wine improves with age. Sit back, grab a glass of Accidental Love and savor the tremendous taste of a terrific book.

This was a good book and i'm glad i read it and i'll probably read it again. All thru the book, multiple times, ronnie was referred to as the older woman. How old was ronnie? For some reason, i read it in the book i think, i thought ronnie was 31 and rose was 26. Am i missing something? That doesn't seem like a big age difference.

This book was a fantastic read. If you are the type of person that likes a book that makes you want to read it all in one sitting, this is for you. I found myself always saying, "What is going to happen next?" making a guess and almost always being wrong. For me, that is enjoyable; I liked to be kept guessing. The ambiguity mixed with a love story is a great combination that should not be passed up.

Accidental Love is simply a good book. Miller does a great job of bring the characters to life. The relationship that grows between Ronnie and Rose will draw you in. The only set back I found in this book is it is somewhat repetitive at times. I think with a bit more editing I would have given it 5 stars. But in no means would I tell anyone to pass this book up. I literally found myself being upset because I was having to be at the office, when I wanted to be at home, curdled up in bed reading this book! You will be drawn into this loving story. I laughed out loud and had a wonderful time reading this.

I purchased this book based on the reviews. To me, this book was simply awful. From the spelling, grammar and typographical errors, to the plot (or lack of;) it was just disappointing. There was no depth to the characters, and their actions were predicatable at best. At some points, the book just didn't make any sense. Come on!

I highly recommend this book to everyone! The love and care for Veronica and Rose felt so real and so vivid. I fell in love with both characters! Not just the both of them, of course, each character in the novel had its plus side. The book had its humor, heartaches, tears, and love.

What this story teaches us is that you can promise someone many things, but making a promise that takes away your happiness in life isn't one of them.... And the interesting thing is that this lesson can be applied to many areas in your life, not just in the romance department. Accidental Love is about a wealthy woman named Veronica Cartwright who made a promise to her father long ago never to be romantically involved with a woman again, because she got hurt, and it almost destroyed the Cartwright¿s family image. One day, she accidentally hit an underprivileged woman with her car, making her lose her job & apartment. So Veronica, out of guilt, decided to take Rose into her home. As time passed, she never told the injured woman what really happened that fateful night, for fear of losing her. What I love about this story is the very slow pace of their relationship. You see them go through all the stages, from being acquaintances, to friends, to best friends, and then finally lovers. The author even shows how the two women become more intimate and affectionate towards each other, without it being sexual until nearly the end. All those endearing moments, like Veronica and Rose sharing their most wonderful memories, snuggling in bed, sharing the popcorn, giving each other foot massages, loving hugs, and that brief kiss they shared under the mistletoe, were all very sweet. My favorite character is Rose because she is so thoughtful and gentle. For instance, one day at the funeral she saw tired and weary Veronica wearing high heels. Rose painfully went up the stairs on her crutches, gone all the way to the bedroom, and went back down to the first floor, just to get comfortable shoes for Veronica. When someone broke into the office building where Veronica worked, the first thing Rose said was, ¿I hope nobody got hurt.¿ Naturally, one would worry if there were any possessions stolen. This shows that Rose values people more than material things. On the computer, Rose sees all of Veronica¿s messy inbox messages, and starts to manage, organize, and put them all in order, without ever being asked to. On a fishing trip, Rose caught the biggest fish they ever saw! Veronica couldn¿t understand why Rose wanted to let the huge fish go back in the water instead of having it for a trophy. This just shows Rose¿s respect and love for the sea creatures. In conclusion, this is a beautiful story about love, forgiveness, and acceptance between two women from very different backgrounds.

I have been sitting down and reading for the past few days. I picked up this book and thought ok I will give it a chance. I started reading it at night and did not want to put it down. I went to work and wanted to do nothing but read. I fell in love with the charachters as they were falling in love with each other. I have not read anything so good in a long time and know I will be reading it again within the week.

I just finished the book. couldn't put down the book since I started it. Ms. Miller did a very good job structure the story. Love the way she tells the story and lead me to their world. After reading it, am still thinking of the whole thing. Rose and Ronnie and myself. The emptiness within myself after read the book. It's overwhelming and make me think of my life, life.... Beautiful story and great book to read!

This Book was encredible. I read it every chance I got. As you read and watch how thier love develops, it's like listening to a story of your two closes friends. When I finished the book, it was like saying good bye to two people I've become close with, and even felt an emptiness.

This book is oustanding, you find yourself lost in the world of the characters you read about. The verbage is so detailed you feel as though you are a fly on the wall so to speak. You will love this book and I highly recommend this book to my fellow lesbians and those of you still in the closet.

I have to say that every time I picked up the book I hated to have to stop reading it. Ms. Miller is good and her writing about the area she knows so well¿downtown Albany, NY was great. Being familiar with this area myself¿I felt like I was right on Madison Avenue and witnessing the initial accident. She takes you through an agonizing accident that nearly kills someone. The driver falls in love with the victim as she goes through her own family and business problems. The story interweaves personal feelings, romance, and intrigue throughout the book. The love between the two main characters grows but is not spoken about for some time. The author keeps you on the edge of your seating waiting for one of them to come out and say something to the other. The romance builds without really being put in the written word. Ms. Miller writes a book that involves tender loving care and romance without being too explicit about sex and love making. It's nice to read a book that isn't all just sex, drugs, rock & roll. I have to say this is one of the best lesbian novels I¿ve read.

B.L. Miller continues to hold your interest from the beginning to the end. You can't wait to read the next chapter to see what is going to happen next. If you buy the book, give yourself plenty of time to read it, because you won't want to put it down!
