Meet the Author

Steven Bragg, CPA, CMA, CIA, CPIM, has been the chief financial officer or controller of four companies, as well as a consulting manger at Ernst & Young and auditor at Deloitte & Touche. He received a Master's degree in Finance from Bentley College, an MBA from Babson College, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Maine. He has been the two-time president of the Colorado Mountain Club, and is an avid alpine skier, mountain biker, and certified master diver. Mr. Bragg resides in Centennial, Colorado.     I will be refering to the manual whenever it is neceswary do so in order to submit report required by the customer or party in corporate governance or partner in charge of the project.

    Reading it and understanding the process involved and applying it in practice will enhance my status in both professional and business community in the region and beyond.
