    I can't believe the author is/was an airline pilot.

    Nice idea but absolutely horrific editing. Ridiculous amount of typographical errors and general inaccuracies. I guess the editor/author was in a big hurry to get this published or they just didn't care about checking their work.
    I'd be ashamed if I had to claim being the author of this book. Again, nice idea but how about proof-reading your work before you present it to the masses?

    I hope the 2012 edition is corrected and updated...
