Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

“Perhaps the most original and provocative of the shared worlds books.” —Peter S. Beagle, author of The Last Unicorn

“Emotionally powerful. Wild Cards deals up the variety of short fiction without losing the continuity of a novel.” —Seattle Times

Aces Abroad shows us an ugly side of the Wild Cards world, which makes the series all the better. From the slums of Haiti to the fanatics of The Nur & The Living Gods of Egypt, even the twisted appetites of The Puppetman are shown throughout this book, which sets the stage for the next in the series. A must-get & read.
