I just reviewed the sample and as far as I can see this has nothing whatever to do with balancing pH OR being vegan. The recipes include such things as bacon and bacon drippings, soy sauce, sugar, mayo, vinegar, ramen noodles...just to name a few. This is just another recipe book based on unhealthy was of eating. This author has jumped on a bandwagon of health in name only. If you are interested in balancing your pH and regaining your health DON'T GET THIS BOOK.
