This book is professionally put together with useful information for practitioners of Chinese Medicine. Its emphasis is more on acupuncture therapy than herbal therapy. This book contains good advice on many problems pregnant women encounter. If I didn't have this book in my library I would not be comfortable addressing many of these problems. It also gives good advice on what issues can be successfully addressed by acupuncture and which ones do not respond as well. I highly recommend this book if you plan to treat pregnant women.
