Overview

A provocative bestseller captivating readers and uniquely told in Adam's point of view.

"I take cocky, rich boys like you and teach them how to make love to women until they're barely able to mutter a word. Completely and utterly blissed. That's really what separates the men from the boys, Mr. Kingsley. Sex as an art form versus f**king for a release." - Kathryn.

Adam Kingsley reigns as the young prince of Manhattan. Everything he touches turns to gold, making him the envy of Wall Street. Women swoon at his feet, money is no object, and his killer good looks are as wicked as sin. A dangerous trifecta that allows him to possess anything or anyone he desires.

What more could a thirty-two-year-old man wish for? Maybe that his life never changes and his murky past stays far away...Sounds reasonable, yet life seldom is.

Kathryn Delcour is an alluring socialite with unique erotic tastes who helps others find true sexual fulfillment. When she suddenly appears on the New York City social scene, Adam finds this complex woman too tempting to resist. He will stop at nothing to have her, yet she is warned to stay away from him and his player ways. Kathryn tries to keep him at arm's length, but her arms may not be strong enough to hold the charismatic Adam Kingsley at bay.

The passionate lure of ancient sexual practices, a past that isn't content to remain buried and a present filled with intrigue, danger and revenge. An erotic story sweetened with secrets, seduction, and suspense.

Liv Morris did an outstanding job bringing to life a man who you

Liv Morris did an outstanding job bringing to life a man who you just want to hate at the beginning of the book. Adam Kingsley really
thought he was God's gift to women, they were there to be used and discarded and always without a second thought. And than
Kathryn Delcour waltzes into his life and sets him on his rear, literally on his knees begging to be given a chance with her.
Kathryn didn't make him suffer long, but would only accept him one way and that was her way. Adam actually feared in more ways than
one, that his past would cause him to live without the woman who actually made him feel, the only woman to do so since his mother
    passed away.
I can not give this book or author enough praise. Liv Morris is definitely on my list of author's to pay attention to, and make sure I don't
    miss a book from.

What a wonderful surprise this book was for me to read. Not what I was expecting at all. Complex story line, a main character, Adam, who is flawed but redeemable, a strong woman who leads to him a better way, and the danger lurking throughout the book.  Such a nice change from the current trend of Fifty Shades knock-offs make this book truly stand out. Look forward to the next book in December. Though I can hardly wait.

Mature and Erotic: Thoroughly enjoyed this story! Adam and Katherine were magnetic! The story moved well and the plot was solid. The supporting characters were also very good. The tantric touch is perfect. Great read that I did not want to end.

From start to finish, I couldn't put this book down. Firstly the male point of view for the entire book was remarkable. The  author truly
caught the essence the Adam's character in his thoughts, actions, and dialogue. Secondly I enjoyed the female being strong, independent, but still
showing a hint of vulnerability. Kathryn isn't your everyday romance story lead. She's unique in all the best ways.
Thirdly I love the Tantra sex angle to the entire story. Another unique side to this book.
Look forward to book 2 and seeing where the author takes these two intriguing characters.

Wonderful book and so different than most erotic novels I've read. Told in Adam's voice. Hot and steamy, but with a different story
and plot line that keep me reading and guessing. I couldn't put it down.

    Great story but poorly composed

I absolutely hate hate hate giving any book a poor review but this is my honest opinion. I give it a 3 because it is a good story in the end but too much emphasis was put on events that were insignificant. I struggled through for the first 2/3 of the book but loved it the last 1/3. Will I read the next book in the series ? Probably yes because I have the first and want to see where this couple goes...do I recommend? Honestly can't say that I do which is truly a shame because like I said....good story just poorly composed.

Adam, Adam, Adam . . . he rubbed me wrong from the onset of this

Adam, Adam, Adam . . . he rubbed me wrong from the onset of this read. I wanted to beat this arrogant, irritating, self-serving ass from the word go. It took me more than half the book to begin to like him as a leading man. Don't get me wrong, these are qualities in some men that make them strong and fierce, but Mr. Kingsley has extra baggage that has him on a different kind of arrogant, irritating, self-serving attitude towards the world.

Yes, I am first to say that these traits are used to cover things up or allow one to function in a world that only cares how much money you have. The way he went about his business makes him a target for men and women alike for one reason or another.

As some of these women soon find out, sex with the young, handsome, and wealthy Mr. Kingsley is not all that one may dream it to be. He maybe the young prince of Manhattan and the golden boy of Wall Street, the king of the bedroom he is not.

At least not until he opens himself up for one very special and beautiful woman that will not bow to his every whim. In comes Kathryn Delcour, the alluring socialite with unique erotic tastes and ways to enhance sexual fulfillment for both parties involved in the act. Ms. Delcour uses her ancient sexual practices to teach Mr. Kingsley a new way of thinking and in the process maybe he will learn something more about himself.

As things progress onward, Mr. Kingsley begins to see that Kathryn means more to him than any other woman has since his mother. He begins to tell her things he has shared with no one.

I love the way that Ms. Morris place this in the first person from his viewpoint. It gives off a different vibe from a male point of view. I am greatly anticipating what is next in-store for this couple. This is a great stand alone book but you could add additional books to make the story go on.

Bottom line: if a book has a subtitle with the word ¿Tantra¿ in

Bottom line: if a book has a subtitle with the word “Tantra” in it, it’s an automatic read. My spidey smut sense never lets me down, and it certainly didn’t here.
This book is told from Adam’s POV. He’s a wealthy, privileged and educated guy. He gets what he wants, and what he wants is Kathryn Delacour. Can Adam change his ways and really take the plunge with only one woman?
Well, holy cow. This book was sexy. If you liked Fifty Shades of Grey and its intensity, I think you’d really love this book. I almost wished I had this in paperback so I could make notes in the margins of the sex scenes, because they were noteworthy. Oh yes. I’m nearly afraid now that all future book smut will pale in comparison to this for me.
I really liked that the story is told from Adam’s POV. I don’t think that it would have been as good if told from Kathryn’s. Adam’s voice is original, and getting inside his thought processes was one of the strengths in the writing of this book. I also really liked Kathryn’s character. She totally puts Adam, a man who is not used to hearing the word “no”, in his place. She’s witty and smart and most importantly level-headed. She did not get on my nerves as women in these types of books tend to. She’s a strong female character and I appreciate that.
The plot was also quite surprising. While there was plenty of sex to keep me happy, this book also had a solid and intriguing plot that kept me guessing. My only complaint with this story is that it seemed a bit slow in parts. However, it picked up steam at the end. I’m totally dying to get my hands on book two of this series! Bring it! A 4 star read for me!

Adam¿s Apple (Touch of Tantra #1), by Liv Morris 4 out of 5 Star

Adam’s Apple (Touch of Tantra #1), by Liv Morris
    4 out of 5 Stars
Tantra, Tantra, Tantra…oh how I will be looking into you! **hehehe** Let me start by saying I had heard the word before but had no clue what it was prior to reading this book so I was learning just like Adam, which was super fun and exciting! But let me back up before I share too much of the good stuff! This book would have been a 5 star read hands down so keep that in mind while I share why I kept one star in my pocket. In my opinion it starts with Adam, as a totally unbelievably flat character. He’s supposed to be Adonis in the flesh and overly charming and charismatic in person yet he’s emotionless and a womanizer to the extreme. (Remember I really, really liked this book…so keep reading!!) He has no friends, no family, and he uses women for sex and oral favors in a vehicle. UGG! In my opinion, it was overly emphasized to the point he became unbelievable. Then he meets Kathryn, a beautiful, sassy, incredibly snarky woman who calls him on his crap! That’s where it started to pull me back in, she brought the life to this whole book!
So Adam decides he is going to “show” Kathryn, but he’s not really sure what he’s going to show her. It becomes one of the most zinger-filled, flirtatious dialogues I’ve read in a long time. Several times I found myself with a goofy grin on my face while reading in public or I’d do the horsey laugh where you catch yourself after having started to laugh at an inappropriate time in a silent office.
Add to the flirting a death threat against Adam, Tantra training, incredible flashbacks into both Kathryn and Adam’s lives and you have one heck of an outstanding book!! Ms. Morris is a fabulous author and I would love to give her the 5th Star but I know she has more to give…cause I’ve already read her Novella, Temptation (Touch of Tantra #1.5)…and booooyyyy is it a Temptation!!!!

4.5 Amazing Stars for this wonderfully written book!

I remember seeing the cover of this book a few months back, and I am very guilty of judging a book by its cover. Therefore, I just passed it by. However, after a recommendation from a friend, I decided to read Adam's Apple.

This is one well-written book and Liv is one of those authors who should not be missed. The storyline was intriguing and the end of the book kept me on the edge of my seat. I can't wait to read Adam's Fall and see what happens next for Adam and Kathryn.

P.S. I had to Google Tantra sex so I understood what that entailed!
