    Add More ~ing changed the way I think & feel about myself and others.

    Gabrielle Bernstein inspirational words really spoke to me and have truly changed the way I think and live my life. "Add more ~ing To Your Life" is an easy read and hard to put down once you start! Bernstein gives practical, useful tools for you to live by that is organized into twelve steps that build upon each other but also can be followed separately. I have recommended this book to all of my girlfriends and discuss the book with my family and friends. I am so grateful I found this book and for Gabreille's hard work and dedication to her study of ~ing!
