I strongly recommend this book. I was only diagnosed with ADHD two years ago and this book has helped me understand why I have struggled in life, particularly with my personal life by comparing what life is like for an ADDer versus other people. More importantly, Dr. Weiss' book also explains how ADD gives me strengths, not just weaknesses, which have enabled me to succeed professionally. Her book improved my self-esteem. ADD may make a person's life more difficult, but this book helps an ADDer move forward and embrace their condition, instead of fear it.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
