Biography

I was Born in Caracas, Venezuela to Spanish parents. I came to the U.S. in 1980 to study; my parents were glad to buy me a one-way ticket and helped me pack my bags. B.S in Aeronautical Engineering and M.S in Aerospace Engineering. Since then I have worked as an engineer and a computer programmer in the structural timber industry. I'm a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado.
I used to skydive until I busted a knee in my 985th jump. I took up bicycling and now I'm an avid mountain biker having busted a few body parts and cracked a few helmets on rocky, steep Colorado trails. I enjoy cross country riding at night and down hilling at ski resorts during the summer days. I race BMX. I used to fly small airplanes but let private license expire because it got expensive.

Everyone who has written a review hasn't even read the book, it isn't graphic at all and the ending is really happy for his daughter. The first half is written by him and the second his daughter. I think one shouldn't write a review for a book that they haven't read yet, and if pedophiles were to read this they'd see at the end things do not bode well for the main character and he can never forget his actions. It is truly a good book, some grammar errors but it's free. Also it doesn't talk about child molestation until the late middle of the book, and there is stuff before it far more erotically descriptive, so I know everyone who is losing their minds on here about it having this touchy topic did not read the beginning part because it is much worse than it becomes. All in all I think you should read this book, it's a good read and it pretty much only has one chapter discussing molesting his daughter, which is barely graphic. It is not a pornographic novel.

The topic of this book is a sensitive one, and I think the author did a fairly good job toeing the line of it being a novel and not a how-to for pedophiles until the middle of the story,at which point in time it becomes too graphic and disturbing to continue reading. As a therapist who works with children who are victims of sexual abuse, I am very concerned that this book will serve as a how-to for budding pedophiles in terms of learning grooming behaviors to lure innocent children. I do not know how the story ends, as at a certain point it became too disturbing to continue reading. I hope if someone reads this book and feels "turned on" or inspired, they realize they have a problem and seek help immediately before they ruin the life of an innocent person (let alone their own life).

Even though I didnt expect much from a free book it was surprisingly good. With that said it did have its draw backs. It had a couple of grammar mistakes, missing words and some misspellings. Also there is a couple of strong scenes that involve sexual child abuse so be warned its not for the faint of heart other than that its a good, quick read

Horribly boring read

This book is terrible. There are so many typos, incorrect tenses used and the author doesn't know how to spell "lose" I counted 3 times lose was spelled as "loose". I quit the book at page 80 because I couldn't take the basic grammar mistakes, spelling issues and typos. This book obviously didn't have a proofreader before going to print. I'm glad it was free and I'm not out any money. If it wasn't for the subject matter, I would think a third grader wrote this book.

This was a very odd read, however it is a VERY good book. It keeps you hooked until the very end. If you can get passed the sick views of the charactor in the book, then you will love it.

Sick story written by a very sex addicted man. He should be behind bars. I stopped reading halfway through. His style of writing depicts the type of man he is and the dark world he lives in. This man is so far down in his own sick hell, that even his own daughter did not escape him. I hope this author is through writing books.

This book was probably the hardest i have ever read (because of the emotional subject). Yes, it is a very sensitive topic and i was, while reading, on the verge of tears. It is filled with filth...i finshed reading it because i was curious to know how Ashley ended up and if she was ok. Despite the fact that it made me sad while reading, it is a good story. Giving us the option to see inside the heads of sick old men. Read if you have the stomach for it.

It was disturbing to say the least but it was an interesting topic. It was okay i guess but it had some typos here and there.

The writings of the father were horrible and consisted of nonsense rambling. The book got better when you get to the daughters chapter. All in all this book was stupid and i would not recommend it to anyone

I love to look into the psychology of people. And i thought i would get to see it with. But instead it was more of a gross overly detailed book. This is a sensitive topic to write about and i give the writer props for writing it and telling it in the two point of views he did. But honestly. It seemed as if jose got lazy at the ending.. overall though. This book left me feeling gross inside.

Seems as if there was no editing done in this book. Many grammatical errors and missing(wrong) words. Quick read, somewhat disturbing but good message behind it all.

Its scary that someone was able to catch the reality of something that until recently became a KNOWN problem. Only recomended for those who can stand the harsh reality of this story.

It's a good read to understand what a person is thinking of doing something in this matter! The book made me angry because I am a parent. It's a very difficult book to read! but the Author did a good job.

As a victim of molestion this was a very difficult book to finish. However I did like the sheer honesty and pitifullness of Mr. X. That being said, I also semi understood how Ashley turned out the way she did. I was a wild child but never got into drugs. I certainly acted out with other acts of rebellion. I was disappointed in that there was zero closure for Ashley. She never reached out for help, professional or even a friend. I spent ten years hiding it so I cannot really point a finger, not to mention the fact that she is a figment of the author's imagination. It is an intense book, most persons will not appreciate it

Very dark read, some typos but free. Disturbing content, but makes you think. You just to read with an unbiased attitude, and try to understand the feelings of the character.
