Great Goals But NookBook Edition Missing Many

Don't be misled by my 3-star rating. This book is essential for any mental health practitioner working with clients who have addiction issues. However, the book is essentially a list of goals and associated objectives for many diagnoses and in the NookBook edition, some of them are missing. One page will end with goal 5 but then the next page starts with goal 8, with no indication of what happened to goals 6 and 7. In addition, some sentences will end mid-sentence at the end of a page, and a different sentence is started at the top of the next page, and often the next goal is 2 or 3 goals past the goal from the end of the previous page. Sometimes you can even see the top half of the characters of a sentence at the very bottom of the page, but when you turn the page, there's a different sentence. These problems happen throughout the entire book, at least once every 3-4 pages. Essentially, large chunks of the book are missing in the NookBook edition. This problem happens both when reading on the Nook itself or when using the Nook application on my computer. The goals that are there are great and could very easily be used to make a complete traetment plan, but given the price of this book, it would be nice to see all of them.

I emailed customer service about this and they replied that they looked at the book and did not see any problems and told me just to re-download the book, so you are not going to get much help from them. I'd recommend sticking with the hard copy, that edition gets 5 stars!
