ADHD in the Young Child addresses in a convenient entertaining format ways to redirect the behavior of young children in just about any imaginable problematic situation (at home, school and other settings). This book, along with the companion book, The Buzz & Pixie Activity Coloring Book, has a unique and interactive format. Through cartoons and hands-on coloring activities which children should find motivating, parents and teachers are able to engage young children with ADHD in discussion of appropriate and inappropriate behaviors and teach them many effective strategies in the process. The authors also present other valuable guidance and information that readers will find very useful as a resource.

This book and it's companion, Buzz & Pixie Activity Book are exactly what I've been looking for since my son was diagnosed ADHD! They are perfect for those of us with young ones! I highly recommend both of these books
