I have had the Admin Asst title for one year now, and I was having alot of trouble defining my work, and getting organized in the office. This book not only helped me get organized, but it also helped me define my role and helped me deal with certain situations that other secreterial handbooks could not. It is a step by step book that will help you obtain control of your work environment!
