The accompanying CD alone is worth the price, as it includes step-by-step video lessons (complete with instructor) on capturing, editing, and exporting video in a variety of formats. Although the CD has fairly strenuous system requirements, those able to run Premiere 6 effectively should have no trouble. Bonnie Blake, MFA, has taught at many colleges in the New York metropolitan area and is currently an adjunct Assistant Professor of Digital Media at Ramapo College in New Jersey. In addition, she is a multimedia designer (who has been using Premiere as a tool since the early 90's) and specializes in healthcare communications design. Bonnie is the author of How to Do Everything with Flash 5 (published by Osborne in 2000) and also co-authored Flash Deconstruction: The Process, Design, and ActionScripting of JUXT Interactive (published by New Riders in 2001).
