    So helpful!

My therapist recommended this book to me. I saw myself in so many of the situations presented! I'd never given any thought to having ADD...I knew that I wasn't living up to my potential, but thought it was my fault. How nice to know it might not be! This book answers all the questions I had & I highly recommend reading it.
