    Great Book!

This is the first book I read about this topic. It is important to know the characteristics of an alcoholic family, which helps in the recovery process and to understand some behaviors. The way it is written is positive and professional. Also the book offers a 'recovery' section besides the information about the structure of an alcoholic family. It's a great book.

    Enlightenment

I felt like the majority of this book was written based on my life and experiences. It was very helpful and informative, touching on facts that other books don't. It's well-written and quick reading. Chock full of positivity and hope, as well. I am buying copies of it for my siblings and friends who grew up in alcoholic environments similiar to the one in which I grew up. Everyone who grew up in an alcoholic environment would benefit from reading this book.

This is the book you're looking for!

It was amazing how this one book opened my eyes to life as an ACoA. I was reading the book as if it was written about me. Very detailed and extensive.
