About the Author

My name is Mark Fennell. As a scientist and inventor, I have modeled myself after such greats as Leonardo Da Vinci and Nikola Tesla.
Regarding the design of this Flood Control System, know that I have studied civil engineering for years. This includes water management, mining operations, tunnel construction, structural stability, and all aspects of electrical power.

I have examined many engineering designs from history (ancient, medieval, and modern); particularly water management and concrete structures.

I also have practical experience with the Red Cross Disaster Service. This includes assisting with Disaster Preparedness Plans and participating in Disaster Response Training. I have also organized databases and libraries for Disaster Materials; during which time I read numerous disaster histories and response plans.

Also note that I have personally experienced flooding in Houston, and Dallas; throughout much of Ohio; and several areas of Indiana.

I am also familiar with the rivers and drainage systems in Germany and Eastern Europe. I know the geography, the topography, and the existing inadequate drainage systems in each of those areas.

Be confident that this design will work, and will prevent any future flooding in metropolitan areas. When installed and maintained properly, this system will be effective.
