If you're interested in real estate investing, you may have noticed notice the lack of coverage it gets in mainstream financial media, while stocks, bonds, and mutual funds are consistently touted as the safest and most profitable ways to invest. Very clear and informative

The Advanced Guide To Real Estate Investing is an excellent book for anyone who has an interest in acquiring multifamily property for investment purposes. He makes it clear in his book that there is an even bigger opportunity during this economic downturn for multifamily investors more than ever before. Ken gives simple and concise explanations, as well as relevant examples of how to successfully own and manage multifamily property. He is a very intelligent individual when it comes to investing in multifamily properties and is a wealth of information.

    A reviewer

Interesting refresher, but there is nothing at all Advanced about this as the title would suggest. A very broad spectrum of real estate investment topics are touched upon, but nothing truly in-depth and no advanced techniques. It's just a re-hash of similar books and material. Quite disappointed.
