Hands down one of the greatest (running) books I own! It gives details on how you can improve and why, as well as concrete training plans for your next/first marathon. I recommend this for any runner, new or old!

Great book! Providing you with 18 & 12 week plans that'll surely prepare any runner who is motivated. You don't have to be gifted, I'm convinced that hitting the ground consistently will help you enough. Learn about lactate runs, recovery runs, and the mighty long distance run from start to finish!
